We had to climb down 11 flights of stairs, ran errands came home about 2 hours later
Electricity was back on
Waited for the how or why on the news, nothing was ever said(strange)
Last night our electricity went out in just our district of San Isidro...
Off at 9p.m.
On today at 1p.m.
13 hours with no electricity
Had to walk down 11 flights and walk up 11 flights...
Still no explanation as to why
Very strange
